Heads, shoulders, knees and...

While I’m at this whole challenge myself malarkey, I’m going to add another target into the mix. I have never been able to touch my toes – at least not without cheating and bending my legs slightly!

Now I am doing loads of stretching to help my legs out, I reckon it is a good time to try and sort this out. Apart from all the flexibility/health type reasons, I just really want to be able to do it. So far, I am about 5-10cms away I think… but it’s a bit difficult to judge seeing as I am looking from above. It’s definitely much easier after a session of stretching and exercising.

Matt’s already told me not to ‘bounce’ my arms and back when I am trying to reach my toes… anyone got any other tips?

  1. Hmm. I suggest sleeping on a vaulting horse with weights attached to your hands... give those stubby lil arms a good stretch!
